Through this virtual experience program on Forage, I built an integrated marketing plan for lululemon. In addition, I built a concept for digital product development for helping lululemon in its digital transformation.

lululemon Marketing Plan

Task:

​To develop an integrated marketing plan to introduce lululemon's new and highly innovative product (MIRROR) to the market. The strategy should aim to raise brand awareness and stimulate sales while also bringing the brand's message about the importance of diversity and inclusion to a broader audience.

Task:

To develop a concept for a new digital product or customer experience that lululemon could implement.

 

The hypothetical scenario:

lululemon has recently formed a partnership with a well-known professional athlete to feature branded apparel and accessories related to that athlete and their athletic performance requirements. The collection of such clothing and accessories is extensive, with many different styles, fabrics, looks, and options, and most of them cannot be stocked in stores.  Thus, guests will only see and be able to try on a limited selection of the athlete’s full assortment of products in stores.
